1. Services
Ayden Consulting provides business consulting, marketing strategy, business technology, IT consulting, business telephony, and cloud computing services. Specific scope, deliverables, fees, and obligations for engaged clients are governed by a separate written service agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, interfere with its operation, transmit malicious code, or use automated systems to extract data without our written permission.
3. SMS Text Messaging Program Terms
The following terms govern participation in the Ayden Consulting SMS program.
3.1 Program Description
Ayden Consulting operates a customer care SMS program. Messages sent under this program include responses to inbound inquiries, support and service ticket updates, appointment and consultation scheduling confirmations and reminders, and notifications regarding scheduled maintenance or service interruptions. We do not send promotional or marketing content through this program.
3.2 Consent and Enrollment
You may enroll by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, or by providing written consent on a client onboarding or service agreement document. By enrolling, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity and support requests.
3.4 Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Ayden Consulting does not charge for text messages. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.
3.5 Opting Out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again through the methods described in Section 3.2.

3.7 Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all handsets or carriers support all message types.
3.8 Changing Your Number
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify us at support@aydenconsulting.com so we can update our records.
3.9 Privacy
Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Ayden Consulting name and mark — is the property of Ayden Consulting LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
